The subject site, referred to as the Outline Plan Area, is located in the City of Chestermere at the south end of Chestermere Lake. The area is legally described as portions of the NE 3-24-28- W4M, the SE 3-24-28-W4M, the NW 3-24-28-W4M, Area C on Plan 9310881 and Portion of Plan 8610075 and is comprised of approximately 31.77 hectares (78.51 acres) of land. The topography is mainly flat in the west portion of the site while the east portion includes a series of wetlands. 2 Vision and Principles 2.1 Vision The South Shore at Chestermere Lake will offer an ideal mix of distinctive and high quality living paralleled with a lake inspired lifestyle.
