SUNDAY, OCTOBER 28, 2018 Below are the road closures for the 43rd Marine Corps Marathon (MCM) and the MCM10K on Sunday, October 28. The MCM wheelchair/hand cycle division begins at 7:45 a.m. on Route 110 in Arlington, VA. The MCM will start at 7:55 a.m. and the MCM10K at 7:55 a.m. and will run through Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C. Straggler buses will follow “Rear Pace” (14 minute-per-mile pace vehicle) and runners will be strongly encouraged to board or become pedestrians departing the certified course. The MCM course officially closes at 3 p.m., approximately seven hours after the Marine Corps Marathon begins.
