Diagnostic Notes **Adult** Hind femur strongly swollen, with long whitish hairs beneath. **Male** Wing length 4-6.25 mm. having a squarish third antennal segment with the arista arising quite near the upper corner. Sternite 4 has a V-shaped hind margin, with a short notch at the bottom of the V.
