They are the property of the Lodge for the use of the Brethren. One copy should be handed to the Worshipful Master of the Lodge as soon as received and the Worshipful Master should arrange for all portions of the address of the Grand Master relating to the procedure, or conduct of the brethren, to be read in open Lodge at an early date. He should delegate a member of the Lodge to study the report of the various committees and other reports and have him bring in a detailed study for discussion in Open Lodge. As it was in 1894, this was also a public ceremony. This rededication ceremony at the Lithgow Library was held just prior to the first opening for special guests of the newly constructed building adjacent to the original building. Grand Lodge was opened in Ample form at 3:15 PM by Most Worshipful Thomas Pulkkinen, Grand Master of Masons in Maine at the Masonic Temple, 317 Water Street, Augusta, Maine. Brethren were then transported by city bus to the Lithgow Library, 45 Winthrop St., Augusta. VW Richard Nadeau, Grand Marshal, formed a procession of the Grand Lodge Officers as well as Officers and members of the 11th Masonic District inside the building and then conducted them outside to the cornerstone of the original building set in 1894. RW Daniel Hill, Grand Chaplain delivered the prayer. The Grand Marshal delivered the working tools to the Deputy Grand Master, Senior and Junior Wardens. The Grand Master called on the Grand Secretary, RW Daniel Bartlett to read an abridged version of the contents of the cornerstone which was then read. The Grand Master asked the Deputy Grand Master, RW Mark Rustin, the Senior Grand Warden, RW William Layman and the Junior Grand Warden, RW Donald Pratt what the jewel of
