18 Road Traffic and Vehicles No.l2 1993 No. 12 ROAD TRAFFIC AND VEHICLES Parking Places on Roads (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 1993 Made 14th January1993 Coming into operation 1 st March 1993 WHEREAS it appears to the Department of the EnVironment to be necessary to provide suitable parking places for vehicles on the parts of the roads specified in Schedule 1. NOW THEREFORE the Department, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 104(1)(c) of the Road Traffic (Northern Ireland) Order 1981(a) and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, makes the following Order: Citation and commencement 1. This Order may be cited as the Parking Places on Roads (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 1993 and shall come ~nto operation on 1st March 1993. Amendment 2. The Parking Places on Roads Order (Northern Ireland) 1988(b) shall be amended by- . (a) the addition to the Schedule of the items in Schedule 1; (b) the deletion from the Schedule of the items in Schedule 2. The amendments provide for the introduction of parking places on the roads specified in Schedule 1 and for the deletion from the Schedule to the 1988 Order of the parking placeS specified in Schedule 2. 1993 Nos. 13, 14 These Orders have been exempted from printing by the Statutory Rules (Northern Ireland) Order 1979.
