No. 517/10, 518/2, 520/1 & 520/8, of Arugolanu Village, Tadepalligudem Mandal, East Godavari District, for a period of 04 Years. The lessee has received the application from Assistant Director of Mines & Geology Eluru for submitted proposal on the application duly recommending for quarry lease to the Deputy Director of Mines & Geology, Kakinada. Accordingly, Sri.Muthyala Venkata Rao, has been submitted the mining plan and EC other relevant details to Deputy Director of mines & Geology, Kakinada. Open cast method with using small machinery of mining is followed and it has been proposed to produce Gravel 4153 Cu.m of per annum. Sri.Muthyala Venkata Rao is the lessee of the mine applied area. He is a businessmen dealing in various activities at West Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh. Open cast lease over and extent of 0.473 ha. in Sy.no. 517/10, 518/2, 520/1 & 520/8, Arugolanu Village, Tadepalligudem Mandal, West Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh. ADMG has recommended for grant of Q.L area over an extent of 0.473 Ha. Sy. No. 517/10, 518/2, 520/1 & 520/8, and requested the application to submit the approved mining Plan and EC & Pollution for the Mining lease area. The mining plan approved from DDMG, Kakinada an (Letter No: 3190 /Q2/2016), Dated 12 - 04 - 2017. The mining lease area is below 5 Ha. which is considered as B2 category as per DEIAA notification , hence it is come under jurisdiction of District Environment impact Assessment Authority (DEIAA) for obtaining the Environment Clearance. 5 Sri.
