This Local Assistance support is provided under Article 3 of NYS Arts and Cultural Arts Grant Program (Arts ACIP, WIP, Affairs Law for the presentation, staffing and training of the performing, literary and visual arts Up to $5 Grant WRP) that encourage broader participation and public interest in the cultural heritage of NY State and million promotes tourism and economic development.
