This Local Assistance support is provided under Article 3 of NYS Arts and Cultural Arts Grant Program (Arts ACIP, WIP, Affairs Law for the presentation, staffing and training of the performing, literary and visual arts Up to $5 Grant WRP) that encourage broader participation and public interest in the cultural heritage of NY State and million promotes tourism and economic development. Funding Programs: Arts and Cultural Impact Programming (ACIP); Workforce Investment (WIP); Workforce Readiness (WRP) The NYSCA Arts & Cultural Facilities Improvement Program – Large Capital Project Fund was established to strengthen tourism; promote business development, and improve the quality, efficiency and accessibility of New York State arts and cultural organizations through targeted Arts & Cultural Facilities Up to $5 investments.
