Nautor är beläget i Jakobstad, Finland och dess produkter exporteras över hela världen. Företaget är ett av de ledande företagen i världen på tillverkning av segelbåtar i lyxklass. Syftet med arbetet är att utreda problemen i Nautors interna logistik med hjälp av en flödesanalys, och sedan ge förslag på lösningar till de problem som framkommer under analysen. Flödesanalysen ger en uppfattning av hur viktigt det är att i en produktion ha ett bestämt flöde, och hur kraftigt detta kan påverka effektiviteten inom produktionen. Problemen som uppstår löses sedan med hjälp av Lean tankesätt och olika lösningar baserat på Lean metoder. Resultatet av arbetet är en lista av de problem som uppdagats, tillsammans med lösningar och standardiserade flöden. Nautor is located at Pietarsaari, Finland and their products are exported worldwide. The company is one of the leading companies in the world producing sailing yachts. The purpose of this work is to investigate the problems within Nautors production, this is done by mapping the process. Then the purpose is to further give suggestions on how to solve the problems that might occur. Flow analysis gives an idea of how important it is in a production to have a certain flow and how this can facilitate the production efficiency. The problems that occur is later solved with Lean thinking and methods based on Lean systems. The result is a list of problems found in the production presented together with solutions, and a standardized process within the production is presented.
