I am very comfortable with this approach. It is important that we continue to heightening awareness and educate South Australians on Lot Fourteen – showing casing industries and the impact to the economy and jobs. I look forward to seeing the progress of this initiative. From: Clifford, Rebecca (DPC) <[email protected]> Sent: Thursday, 21 January 2021 12:38 PM To: Ali, Jehad (DPC) <[email protected]> Subject: FADL Sunday Mail insert ‐ late March OFFICIAL Hi Jehad As discussed yesterday, News Corp and I think it would be opportunistic to brand the next Future Adelaide 8-page Sunday Mail insert (scheduled for release on 28 March 2021) as a Lot Fourteen special edition. I understand from the team that there are some upcoming milestones that would be timely to include, such as the opening of the Space Discovery Centre, announcement of the preferred proponent for the EIC, release of design concept for the EIC, release of design concept for the Aboriginal and Cultures Centre, plus success stories and investment opportunities. To get the ball rolling, I am keen to organise a meeting with the Lot Fourteen comms team late next week (with Bret from News) so that we can work through a content plan, set goals and outcomes for the content, and provide advance notice of lead times, access to imagery etc. to make it a success. Can you please let me know if you are happy for me to proceed on this basis? It would be worthwhile meeting to determine a content outline noting that what I have outlined in yellow will not be available for release in March, however the ASDC is soft opening on 31 March so an introductory launch article would potentially be of interest to them. I understand they are currently working on their Comms Plan and I am meeting with them next week also. DIS/FIXE Stone & Chalk may (will) also have some new content relevant to entrepreneurship for this edition. I would also be interested to understand how this content will be used across national News platforms as our investment market is not local SA but national and international global businesses. There are however some fantastic case studies and success stories to highlight. Please set up a meeting time. 11:00am at SAC on Friday would work well as I am already there.
