It follows the Brook South to the Hooton to Helsby railway line then follows that East to Overpool Road then follows that South to Singleton Road then follows that East to its end. It follows a path North to Sutton Way but bends around numbers 71 to 73a to include them before moving East to Pooltown Road. It follows that South to Chester Road then follows that North to Stanney Lane then follows that Southeast to the junction with West Road. Here it turns Northeast but includes the properties on West Road and the Oval. At South Road it turns North to Malvern Avenue then East to Newnham Drive then turns behind the houses to include all those on Newnham Avenue as it proceeds North. It excludes number 1 then turns Southeast to include all properties on Cambridge Road, then proceeding down Cambridge Road to Lees Lane where it proceeds East to the M53. It then follows the M53 Southeast to junction 10 then turns West along the A5117, diverting to include properties up to Rose Cottage on Stanney Lane then back down Stanney Lane but includes Ashlea and Stanney Oaks public house before continuing on the A5117 and including the properties on the A5117 up to the Strawberry roundabout then those south of the A5117 and 150 South down Whitby Lane then running East to Rake Lane then South until just past The Laurels then East around other properties and South parallel to Rake Lane then cutting across fields to Wervin Road South of Croughton Cottage and running South along Wervin Road for 300m then cutting Southeast until the M53 just West of the Hammond School. It turns Southwest to the A41 to include properties East of that between Upton Sports Club and the A51. It follows the A51 East to Hare Lane then along Hare Lane before turning East and excluding properties on Tarvin Road to the River Gowy then South across A51 and East following the line of the Roman Road to Tarvin Sands. It bends North to exclude the nurseries and Northeast to include Greenacres Farm then at Salters Brook follows that Northwest for 350m then Northeast along a track and when that ends due North to Nortons lane and follows that Northwest to Dunham Heath but excludes that and turns West onto Morley Lane and follows that and includes Morleybridge then turns North across fields to Hob Lane West of Hob Lane Farm and continuing North to the M56 then following that Northeast to the railway then North on Hornsmill Brook which it follows North through Hoolpool Gutter on the marshes and North out to the River Mersey, where it follows the centre line for 5km West before turning inland to Junction 9 of the M53. Then it follows the A41 South until it meets the A5117, then follows that West for 580m in Dunkirk then follows field boundaries North for 1.2 km to Capenhurst Lane, but including all of the properties on Beechwood Drive then continuing the line North to include the properties on Mason Close and St Martins Drive before turning West but including properties on Ridgeway Close, Bridgewood Drive and Hillsdown Way before turning Northwest across fields to the Chester to Hooton railway line then proceeding West to the A550 North of its junction with Ledsham Hall Lane then following the A550 North to the Hooton to Ellesmere Port railway line. It follows Denhall Lane Northeast until it meets Neston Road and continues East then North on a track then fields to meet Haddon Lane West of Friends Hall then follows Haddon Lane East until it meets the A540 then follows that Northwest until it crosses the Wirral Way.
