2017 VOTERS GUIDE BY THE COUNCIL FOR INTOWN NEIGHBORHOODS AND SCHOOLS (CINS) The Council of Intown Neighborhoods and Schools (CINS) ATLANTA MUNICIPAL ELECTIONS supports the Grady cluster of schools through advocacy, investment and community engagement.
