REVISION A (FEBRUARY 27, 2021: The content of the document has not changed from its origional release. In addition to the original accessibility features, the following enhancements were made to increase the visual accessibility of this document. i. Alternative Text Tags for Graphics: Graphics created by Sunrise Ridge Master Association include alternative text tags for screen readers. Example: Hovering a mouse over the Exhibit A graphic displays the message “A workflow diagram prepared by the Sunrise Ridge Master Association illustrating the basic workflow of the architectural review committee. “ . Alternative tags may be read aloud by a screen reader. Content from third parties in the Exhibits section has not been updated and may, or may not, contain alternative tags depending on the original source. ii. Colors and Graphic Style of Links: Internal document links (previously green) and external hyperlinks (previously blue and underlined) are are all now black, bold, and underlined. This increases screen contrast and improves readability for color blind readers. Given there are numerous subtle nuances among Deuteranopia and Protanopia (both types of the “red-green” color blindness), and Tritanopia (blue-yellow”) standardizing on a black and white, underlined, bold type face style, address all three types, improves contrast for printing output on black and white across a variety of output devices. iii. Alternative Tags for Links: All links (internal and external) as defined in (ii) above contain alternative text descriptions describing the link destination that can be read aloud by a screen reader. Example: When a screen reader encounters the phrase Exhibit J6 the alternative text “Click to go to Exhibit J, 6, United States Department of Agriculture Forest Service, tree owners manual.” can be read aloud.
