Annealing process is crucial for the magnetic properties of the products, the saturation magnetization being ranging from 29 to 238 A·m2·kg¹1. One spot reduction with solvated electrons and the consequent annealing treatment in the synthesis vessel has potential ability for the synthesis of a variety of metal and alloy particles.
