Pavanatma college is a Govt. Aided Arts & Science college run by the Catholic Diocese of Idukki. How to reach: Nearest airport: Cochin International Airport, Nedumbassery (Distance from the venue-102 KM). Route: Nedumbassery- Perumbavoor- Kothamangalam-Adimaly- Murickassery. Nearest Railway station:Aluva (AWY) (Distance from the venue-102 KM). Route: Aluva- Perumbavoor- Kothamangalam-Adimaly-Murickassery. At Aluva Railway station: A reception counter will function at Aluva Railway station on 25th to 26th of September. Team managers are requested to kindly inform their team's arrival schedule as early as possible to our transportation committee (Whatsapp to 9496440044- State name, number of team members, Contact number of team manager, train name and expected time of arrival). Special trips will be operated by the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC). The bus fare shall be paid by the team. On 30th of September, return services also will be available. Accommodation: Unfurnished accommodation will be provided to the participants, separately for ladies and gents. The accommodation centres shall be Pavanatma college hostels(Ladies), College class rooms, Snehamandiram (Retreat Centre). For officials, lodges will be provided on a 3 bed sharing basis. Special accommodation: The details of the nearest lodges , hotels and home stays are available in our college website (within 30km circumference). Food: Food will be provided by the organisers. The team managers have to collect the food coupons at the time of registration on 26th. We will try our best to provide north and south Indian dishes. For extra dietary needs, food courts, juice parlours, fruits shops are available near the competition arena. First aid and Medical support: A full time medical team from Idukki medical college will be available in the campus during the entire period of championship. Ayurvedic Sports Medicine Unit: A team of Ayurvedic Sports Medicine & Research Centre, Thodupuzha will be available in the campus during the competition days. Tourism Attractions: Hill stations like Munnar, Thekkadi, Devikulam, Ramakkalmedu and Idukki Arch Dam are the nearest tourist attractions. In association with the District Tourism Promotion Council we arrange some sightseeing trips to the nearest places at a very reasonable rate. You can book your tickets at the DTPC registration counter which will function at the competition arena. Cultural Fiesta: Evenings of the Event days shall be made colourful with entertaining sessions and Camp fire. Green Protocol: Pavanatma College is a plastic free campus.
