Former students, teachers, and coaches packed his retirement ceremony, an event that drew over 150 friends, family, and well-wishers that Walker described as “deeply humbling.” Among the attendees was ex-Pallotti softball coach Dan Hogan, Walker’s best friend. as both a student and eventually a faculty member, himself.
