CAROLINA FOOTBALL GAME NOTES UNC scored six rushing touchdowns against ODU, matching the most rushing scores for the Tar Heels under Larry Fedora. Sophomore TB Jordon Brown had a career-high 123 rushing yards and two TDs to lead the attack. Sophomore Anthony Ratliff-Williams set a school record with 199 kickoff return yards on five returns against Louisville. The previous record was 184 yards (eight returns) by Marcus Wall vs. Clemson in 1994. Ratliff-Williams had a 94-yard kickoff return for a touchdown, his first career touchdown, in the third quarter. He was named ACC Specialist of the Week for his efforts. Chazz Surratt completed 12 of 14 passes for 168 yards and two touchdowns against Louisville to earn ACC Rookie of the Week honors. Making his third straight start against Duke, Surratt finished 17 of 32 for 259 yards and a touchdown. He also ran for a 56-yard touchdown, the longest by a Carolina QB in 14 years. The redshirt freshman is third nationally among first-year players in both passing and total offense and is responsible for 10 touchdowns through six games.
