CEDRIC JOHNSON is the author of Revolutionaries to Race Leaders: Black Power and the Making of African American Politics and editor of The Neoliberal Deluge: Hurricane Katrina, Late Capitalism and the Remaking of New Orleans. He is also a representative for UIC United Faculty Local 6456. NIVEDITA MAJUMDAR is an associate professor of English at John Jay College. She is the secretary of the Professional Staff Congress, the CUNY faculty and staff union. JOSHUA MURRAY is an assistant professor of sociology at Vanderbilt University. His work examines how globalization has created a transnational capitalist class and its influence onUS politics. CHARLES POST is a longtime socialist activist who teaches at the City University of New York.
