of Cape Town 2 From Bowling Green to Bowl of Greens: October 2012 – December 2013 1 Introduction In September 2012, the City of Cape Town Parks Department entered into a Co-operative Agreement with the Oranjezicht City Farm (OZCF) for the use of the disused bowling green near the corner of Upper Orange Street and Sidmouth Avenue (a portion of Erf 858) to establish a community vegetable garden.
