TAB 2 EXPERIENCE OF DEVELOPER/OPERATOR TEAM Everything Ice Inc. is pleased to present its partnership team that will be working together on the City of Bowie project. Without question, the team has the broadest and longest experience record in the industry. John Burley – Everything Ice John Burley of Everything Ice represents 40 years of experience in the ice rink manufacturing and installation. During his tenure in the industry he has installed over 1000 ice rink throughout the country and throughout the world. His organization typically installs 20 to 40 ice rinks annually with the staff of 50 persons and manufacturing facilities of approximately 50,000 ft.² is considered an expert in all matters technical related high-strength and often serves in an expert capacity for the most renowned insurance companies and legal firms when matters of ice rinks arise. John Burley holds 15 patents for technology specifically aimed at ice arenas. He is well versed on every aspect of design for ice rink including the structure and MEP systems. He often serves as a consultant to architects and engineers in matters of ice rinks construction. Some recent projects close to the Bowie region would include the ion sports complex, the wharf skating rink, and a small ice rink edition in Laurel Maryland, the Haymarket Twin Rink. There are many other ice rinks in the region built by Everything Ice including Rockville, Manassas, Reston Town Center. John Burley’s CV is attached as an exhibit to this proposal. Dr. Jack Vivian PHD Dr. Vivian has been in the arena industry for some 40 years and is truly the father of ice arena management means and methods. If there was an accepted policy and standard in today’s arena marketplace, Dr. Vivian likely initiated it and taught it. Dr. Vivian single handedly set-up the entire ISI management training program from the years of 2000 through 2003. He taught arena management at the University of Michigan with a college accredited course. Dr. Vivian’s full history of experience and CV is attached for your review.
