Adoption of agenda LIBE_OJ\PE580.535v01-00 The agenda was adopted with the following changes of the order of business: – Point 7 on the presentation of the mission report to Turkey was postponed – Point 13 on the Sale of Citizenship in EU Member States took place at 16.00 instead of 14.00 – Point 14 on the Internet and Drug Markets report took place at 14.00 instead of 14.45 – Point 15 "An EU Mechanism on Democracy, the Rule of Law and Fundamental Rights- Presentation Interim European Added Value Assessment and Research Papers" was dealt with at 15.00 before Point 14. 2. Chair's announcements The Chair indicated that interpretation in Gaelic and Croatian was not available for the meeting. Terrorist Attacks in Brussels Last 22 March The Chair made a statement and invited Members to pay tribute to the victims with a minute of silence Follow-up to the extraordinary meeting of EU Ministers of Justice and Home Affairs of Thursday 24 March 2016 after the terrorist attacks in Brussels on 22 March 2016 Sylvie Guillaume (S&D), who represented President Schulz as EP Vice-President, and the LIBE Chair reported on the meeting.
