This is a lovely modern helicopter with air conditioning, 6 separate seats and large bubble windows for the best viewing of the beautiful Fiji Landscape. Air transfers are grouped into zones for 2020/2021 season. Helicopter Mamanuca Zone 1: Castaway Island Resort, Likuliku, Lomani, Musket Cove, Namotu, Plantation Island Resort, Six Senses Resort, Tavarua, Treasure Island Resort, Tropica and Wadigi. Mamanuca Zone 2: Mana Island Resort, Matamanoa, Tadrai, Tokoriki Island Resort, Sheraton Resort & Spa - Tokoriki and Vomo Island Resort. Seaplane Mamanuca Zone 1: Castaway Island Resort, Likuliku, Lomani, Musket Cove, Namotu, Plantation Island Resort, Tavarua, Tropica, Wadigi and Malolo Island Resort. Mamanuca Zone 2: Tokoriki Island Resort and Vomo Island Resort. Yasawa Zone 1: Barefoot Manta, Barefoot Kuata, Botaira, Korovou, Mantaray, Octopus, Paradise Cove and White Sandy Beach. Yasawa Zone 2: Blue Lagoon Beach Resort, Coral View, Coconut Beach Resort, Nanuya Island Resort, Navutu Stars, Viwa Island Resort, Oarsmans Bay, Nabua Lodge, Long Beach and Safe Landing. Malamala Beach Club does not fall under any zone, it is loaded on its own. There is no seaplane transfer until further notice. Passengers can fly by seaplane one way and return by helicopter, offering two distinctly different experiences from one operator. They currently operates two twin-engine Squirrel helicopters, one single-engine Squirrel and two EC130 Airbuses which all seats six passengers which are based at Nadi Airport but can also fly from the base in Denarau Marina. They have two single – engine De Havilland Otter seaplanes, one seats seven passengers and the other seats 10 passenger’s .They also have Fixed Wing Aircraft which consists of three twin-engine Britten- Norman Islanders planes which seats eight passengers. This plan has the capability of flying to any landing strip in Fiji. Pacific Island Air also offer scenic flights, private charters and adventure packages for those wanting to explore the beauty of Fiji by Air. Additional Information Baggage Limit Seaplane Baggage Allowance is 20kg per person Helicopter Baggage Allowance is 15kg per person.3 Fixed Wing Airplane Baggage Allowance is 20kg per person Infants 0 to 23months do not have a luggage allowance, their luggage will be counted as part of their parents allowance. Child Policy for Helicopter & Seaplane Scenic Tours: 0 to 23 months - Free of charge with no luggage allowance. 2 to 14 years at 60% of adult rate. 15 years and over at adult rate. Child Policy for Vanuatu Helicopters: Infant under the age of 4 years are free of charge (as long as they are not occupying a seat). No other child policy applies. Cancellation Policy Bookings cancelled within 14 days of departure including no shows will incur a charge of 100% of total fare per person. Bookings cancelled before 14 Days of departure is refundable. Should weather conditions or unforeseeable events dictate that flights cannot be carried out passengers may be required to find alternative transport or overnight which would be at their own expense. Pacific Island Air will not be liable for any loss or extra expenses that may incur as a result. Travel insurance is strongly encouraged.
