These terms and conditions can be collected at the reception desk of TRFM and Gippsland’s 1242 11 Coonoc Rd, Traralgon, VIC, 3844 and can be downloaded from the websites www.trfm.com.au or www.1242.com.au ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ Entry is open to Victorian residents only. Under 18s must have a parent/legal guardian consent to enter. However, employees and relatives of ACE Radio Broadcasters Pty. Ltd. are ineligible to enter. This includes parents, siblings, grandparents, spouses or partners, uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews of employees. Participating McDonald’s Restaurants, including business owners, managers, employees and their immediate relatives are ineligible to enter. Competition Period Entries open: Monday, October 7 at 6.00 am ​ Entries close: Friday, November 1 at 6.00 pm ​ Grand Draw: Monday, November 4 between 8.00 am - 9.00 am ​ Promotional Period Tuesday, October 8, 2019, to Friday, November 1 at 3.00 pm, between ​ ​ 6.00am - 6.00pm (Excludes Weekends) Entry Method Listeners will be encouraged to visit participating McDonald’s Restaurants to retrieve the weekly code word displayed in store. Once listeners have retrieved the weekly code, they will be encouraged to SMS the code, full name and the McDonald’s Restaurant they entered to 0488 838 212 (Standard SMS Fees apply) Once the listener has successfully sent the SMS code word with all the details required, they will be placed into the draw to become a finalist. The code word will change on Friday 11th, Friday 18th, and Friday 25th of October 2019 at 4 pm at all participating McDonald's Restaurants. Up to four times each weekday during the “promotional period” between 6 am - 6 pm, an ACE Radio representative will randomly draw 4 entries from a pool of entries to go on the Maccas Anywhere in the World Standby List. A phone call will be placed to the number from the selected SMS with the intent to add that entrant to the Maccas Anywhere in the World Standby List. In order to be eligible for inclusion on the Maccas Anywhere in the World Standby List, the entrant must answer the phone at the time of the call. There will be up to seventy six (76) entrants will be included on the standby ​ list. If in the course of a telephone call doesn’t answer or the telephone line drops out/ breaks up the Promoter may proceed to another caller. In such event, the Promoter will not be responsible for the awarding of any prize to the caller whose line dropped out or broke up. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database, not at the time of transmission by the entrant. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry which in the opinion of the Promoter includes any content which may be unlawful, profane, inflammatory, defamatory and/or damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promoter. Any person who is found to have used or attempted to use more than one name in entering the Promotion will be disqualified from participating in the Promotion and/or redeeming a prize. Should an entrant’s contact details change during the Promotion Period, it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to the Promoter. Conditions of entry Total travel and accommodation costs to be up to $10,000 (AUD). The weekly code word sent through to the SMS line must be the correct code displayed in store for that week. Code words will change Friday 11th, Friday 18th, Friday 25th October 2019 during the entry period. This prize is non-transferable or redeemable for cash. No other costs will be included and all expenses (including, but not limited to, the costs of transport to and from a prize venue and meal costs.) The prize is valid until 30/06/2020. The prize is subject to availability at the time of reserving. Any additional tours, accommodation and upgrades are at an additional cost to the prize winner. Travel in peak season such as school holidays may incur additional surcharges. Blackout dates may apply. If the prize winner is under the age of 18 years the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or legal guardian. All prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. The winner must show photo identification in the form of the following in order to pick up the prize: ● Drivers License ● Proof of age card ● Current Passport ● Defence Force Identification Card In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered. All prizes are not redeemable for cash. If a prize winner does not take any element of a prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that prize or any part of it. It will be the winner’s responsibility to take out all relevant insurance (including but not limited to travel insurance) which may be required or prudent to be taken (at their own cost). A current passport and travel visa are the responsibility of the prize winner. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any persons from the Promotion on the grounds of their medical condition or history, for the safety of the Promoter’s staff members or others or for any other reason, for example bringing the Promoter’s brand into disrepute. The Promoter also reserves the right to disqualify contestants if: (a) a contestant at any stage engages in, causes or incites physical violence (e.g. punching, slapping), inappropriate, illegal, unsociable or unsafe behaviour; and/or (b) the safety of any of the Promoter’s staff member is compromised. The Promoter will not award the prize if the Promotion is terminated for whatever reason. Prize Draw: The Grand Draw will be held on Monday, November 4, 2019 between 8.00 am - 9.00 am at McDonalds Bairnsdale - 232 Main Street, Bairnsdale, Victoria, 3875 One name will be drawn at random from the standby list of (up to) seventy ​ six (76) entries and that person will be deemed the winner of Maccas ​ Anywhere in the World.
