The International Sake and Shochu contest, after the success of the first edition held in the city of Cáceres and the award ceremony in the residence of the Ambassador of Japan, has become the number one contest of this type in Spain and the third most important in Europe. CINVE’2021 Cider, Vermouth and Vinegar continues its progress, structured as independent contests with their own jury.
