TONIGHT’S GAME – The Colorado Eagles take on the Bakersfield Condors tonight in the second game of a two-game series. THE SERIES – Colorado will face Bakersfield eight times this season, with four of those games taking place at the Budweiser Events Center. The Eagles lead the season series 2-1 after the first three meetings of the year. THE ALL-TIME SERIES – The Eagles are 6-5-0 all-time against the Condors, including a 4-3-1 mark in games played at the BEC. EAGLES’ LAST GAME (12/21) – Four different Eagles found the back of the net, while forwards T.J. Tynan and A.J. Greer each generated multi-point efforts, as Colorado defeated the Bakersfield Condors 4-1. The victory was the Eagles fourth-consecutive win and now gives Colorado points in each of the team’s last six contests. Goaltender Adam Werner backstopped the Eagles, making 37 saves on 38 shots to earn his 10th win of the season in net. CONDORS’ LAST GAME (12/21) – Same as above. LAST MEETING (12/21) – Same as above. UP NEXT FOR THE CONDORS – Bakersfield will return home to host the Stockton Heat on Saturday, December 28th. ON THE RANCH- A 4-1 win over Bakersfield last night now COLORADO EAGLES gives the Eagles wins in four straight home games. Colorado is PP: 13.8% (25th) currently enjoying a season-long, six-game homestand that PK: 79.6% (25th) has seen the Eagles earn nine of a possible 10 points in the standings through the first five games of that homestand. Recent Transactions: Colorado has earned at least one point in each of the team’s Add (D) Calle Rosen --- Reassigned by Colorado (NHL) last seven games at the Budweiser Events Center, going 5-0-1- 1 during that time. BAKERFIELD CONDORS PP: 15.6% (20th) th POWER UP- Colorado assembled a 4-for-10 performance on PK: 84.3% (9 ) the power play against the Manitoba Moose on Wednesday, as the Eagles have now found the back of the net on the man- advantage in three of the last four contests. Colorado is 6-for- 20 on the power play during that stretch, which is good for a 30.0% efficiency rate. This afternoon’s matchup looks to provide a stern challenge, as Bakersfield ranks in the top-10 in the AHL on the penalty kill at 84.3%. $750 .
