Specificity & Comments Supplied As Podocalyxin is a member of the CD34 transmembrane sialomucin family. It 200ug/ml of Ab Purified from Bioreactor Concentrate. Prepared in 10mM is over-expressed on the podocyte foot projections and plays essential roles PBS with 0.05% BSA & 0.05% azide. Also available WITHOUT BSA & azide in kidney development and homeostasis, blood filtration and urine formation. at 1.0mg/ml. It is also expressed on vascular endothelia, hematopoietic progenitors and a subset of neurons. Overexpression of podocalyxin may be linked to more Storage and Stability aggressive tumor behavior. Podocalyxin antibody can identify podocytes in the urine (podocyturia) that may indicate glomerular disease, pre-eclampsia, Antibody with azide - store at 2 to 8°C. Antibody without azide - store at -20 and other kidney pathology. to -80°C. Antibody is stable for 24 months. Non-hazardous. No MSDS required.
