I have been indicted for perjury in a case involving the material facts with a man by the name of Clay Shaw, alias Clem Bertrand > or whatever you call him. He is not the person I know, 1. His relationship with the District Attorney's.probe into the assassination of Kennedy as Clay Shaw - he may have a case against the man, I don't know, but Clay Bertrand, or Clem Bertrand in relation- aship to my knowledge of the person I believe to be Clay Bertrand, l there is no connection. The other point is a strange phenomena . ., 3. on Manuel Garcia Gonzalez, and I was surprised in doing + some work downstairs there is a case filed against Manuel ' - .
