Baddula jangaiah has filed 2nd appeal on 26-08-2019 which was received by this Commission on 26-08-2019 for not getting the information sought by him from the Public Information Officer/ O/o the Gram Panchayat Secretary, Bakaram Village, Moinabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District and the First Appellate Authority/ O/o the Mandal Development Officer, MPP, Moinabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. The brief facts of this case as per the appeal and other records received along with it are that the appellant herein filed an application dated.08-11-2017 before the Public Information Officer requesting to furnish the information under Sec. 6(1) of the RTI Act, 2005 on the following points mentioned: TSIC The Public Information Officer vide Lr.No.GP/BKMJR/08/2017 dt.24-11-2017 furnished reply/ information to the Appellant. Stating that he is not satisfied with the reply/information recevied from the Public Information Officer, the appellant filed 1st appeal dated. 04-12-2017 before the First Appellate Authority U/s. 19 (1) of the RTI Act, 2005 requesting him to furnish the information sought by him. The 1st Appellate Authority vide Lr.No. A/RTI-2005./A.A/2017 dt.08/02/2018 furnished reply / information to the appelant. Not satisfied with the reply/information from the Public Information Officer/ First Appellate Authority, he preferred this 2nd appeal before this Commission U/s. 19(3) of the RTI Act, 2005 requesting to arrange to furnish the information sought by him. Therefore, this Commission, directs the Public Information Officer to furnish the complete information once again with attestation to the Appellant within (2) days from the date of receipt of this order through Registered Post with Acknowledgement Due under intimation to this Commission.
