Weldon Wins Glass City Charles Weldon of Milwaukee, Wiscon­ sin walked off with first prize in the Glass City Open played in Toledo, Ohio on January 26 and 27. Weldon's five straight wins put him a half point ahead of second·place Paul Posehel of Ann Arbor, Mich. and third-place James Hor­ vath of ToLedo, Ohio.
