AIR CONDITIONING / HEATING All Suites are equipped with air conditioning / heating. At yours you can find the remote control. If you need any help, please contact Reception. AIRPORT Faro International Airport is 35 kilometres from the hotel (approximately 40 minutes by car / taxi). ARRIVAL You may start to use your Suite on the day you arrive at 04:00pm. If you arrive earlier, your unit may not be available. We will do everything to prepare it for you as quickly as possible. B BABY-SITTING To get more information on baby-sitting services, please contact Reception. Baby-sitting services must be booked 24 hours in advance. BAR The Hotel has 1 lobby bar at your disposal. Other outlets may be found in premises. Please consult the “Bar, Snack-Bar & Restaurant” section in this Directory. BEDS Should you require an extra bed, please contact the reception. Subject to availability. All units are equips with sofa bed. BREAKDOWNS All equipment in apartments is periodically inspected to ensure that is functioning correctly. However, should you encounter any type of problem or experience difficulty in operating any equipment, please contact Reception. BREAKFAST Buffet breakfast is served every day in the “Grill” restaurant located on floor 0. Breakfast may also be served in your unit by contacting Room Service or the reception on the day before, subject to tax service. In order to meet your request please complete the form provided in your Suite or contact Room service directly. C CAR PARKING At your disposal, around the Hotel there are several private parking spaces. We recommend that you do not leave valuable items inside the car as the hotel cannot held responsible for damages or theft of items. CAR RENTAL To reserve cars with or without driver, please contact Reception. CHECKING OUT Check-out time is 11:00am. Should you need to use your Suite until later, please contact Reception the day before you leave the hotel. If it is not possible for us to meet your request, we can hold your luggage, at no additional cost, and you may continue to use the public areas of the hotel. CHEMIST Please contact Reception for information on which chemist nearest the hotel, is open. CHILDREN We have special conditions for children’s stays and meals. Please contact Reception. CHILDREN’S CLUB We have AVAILABLE A Children’s Club from Monday to Saturday and from 5pm until 4pm. Activities are for children between 4 and 8 years old. Children under 4 years old can participate as long as accompanied by their parents. For more information, kindly contact the reception desk. COMPLAINS If you would like to make a complaint, please contact Reception and ask for the Duty Manager and /or General Manager who will immediately deal with the matter to your satisfaction. COTS Should you require a cot, please contact the Reception. CLEANING Room will be cleaned upon guest request however kitchenware is not included (eg dishes, cutlery, glasses, etc.). Towels and sheets will be changed every four days or on request. Should you require not to be disturb, kindly put the door knob sign outside your door. For more information, please contact Reception. D DOCTOR The hotel can provide a doctor. If you require medical attention, please contact Reception. E ELECTRICITY Voltage is 220V. Should you require an adaptor or transformer, please contact the Reception. ELEVATORS We recommend that children younger than 10 years old do not use the elevators unless accompanied by an adult. EXCURSIONS At your disposal we have several excursions, water parks, thematic parks, boat trips, etc., for more information and bookings, please contact Reception. HAIRDRESSER Please contact the SPA in floor -1 for more information. HOSPITAL The nearest hospital is the Faro Hospital, located approximately 35 kilometres from the hotel. Belonging also to the National Health Service there’s the “Centro de Saúde de Albufeira” that is located only 3 Kilometres from the hotel. Near are also several private clinics specialized in different areas of medicine. For further information, please contact Reception. I ICE If you need ice, please contact the Bar. INTERNET ACCESS IN YOUR SUITE All public areas as well as your accommodation unit have free broadband internet. Please consult the “Voice and Data System2 section in this Directory. For further information please contact the reception desk. L LAUNDRY Inside your wardrobe are laundry bags. To use the laundry service, please complete the laundry list and contact reception. - Laundry collected before 09:00am will be returned the same day, except on weekends. - Laundry collected after 09:00am will be returned the next day before 1:00pm, except on weekends. - The Hotel cannot be held responsible for trimmings or buttons on clothes or for alterations to the colour or shrinking due to the washing. Neither can the Hotel be held responsible for any objects left inside clothing. - In the event of loss or damage, the hotel’s responsibility is limited to 6 times the cost of the service provided with regard to items which are subject to complaint within 24 hours after the service has been carried out. The Hotel does not take responsibility for any accessories neither buttons attached to your clothing or changes in colour or even shrinking resultant from the washing process. Also the Hotel does not take responsibility for any object left forgotten on the clothing to be washed. - In the absence of the list accompanying clothing, the amount of items of clothing counted by our services will prevail. - Due to fire safety policies, irons are not allowed in apartments. M MEDICAL ASSISTANCE If you suffer from hearing, visual or motor difficulties, please inform Reception so that in the event of an emergency we can provide priority assistance.
