I/we hereby agree that all taped footage, photographs and interviews will remain the sole property of Sport Calgary or its facility and sport organization partners, for future use at our discretion. I/we hereby release and discharge Sport Calgary and its facility partners from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of photography and video, including any and all claims for further liability. Further, I/we consent to the use of such material or its reproduction in any manner and by any medium by which Sport Calgary and its representatives may deem appropriate. This authorization and release shall also ensure to the benefit of the legal representatives, licensees and assigns of Sport Calgary and any other parties or person(s) for whom Sport Calgary took the photographs or video. I/we hereby warrant that I am/we are of full age above authorization, release and agreement, prior to its execution and that I am/we are fully familiar with the contents thereof.
