Scroll down to the lower section of the screen, under Download Audio/Video Files. Choose Apple/Mac Step 9. Click on the drop down box for Device/Operating System. Navigate to your Downloads folder. Downloads *If Downloads is not listed on the left section of the finder, click on the search box at the top right and type in Downloads. Then click on downloads. Click Desired File Step 3. Click on the desired file, this should start iTunes.
