(Helen Deutscher was born in 2008. She started playing the violin and the piano when she was three years old. This summer she was given the rare privilege of playing Mozart's childhood violin in his birth–house in Salzburg, together with her sister Alma, who played on Mozart’s violin from his teenage years. Helen now plays on a half–size violin, made by Pietro Palotta in Perugia in 1807. Armand D’Angour studied cello and piano at the Royal College of Music before reading Greats at Oxford, where he is now Associate Professor in Classics and Fellow and Tutor at Jesus College (since 2000). He is currently conducting a research project to reconstruct the sounds and effects of ancient Greek music. As a cellist he plays recitals regularly in London and Oxford, mainly with the London Brahms Trio and pianist Kobi Kremnitzer. Music at Oriel Whilst reading Mathematics at Tel-Aviv University, Kobi Kremnitzer pursued his piano studies at the Music Academy in Tel-Aviv, where he performed in many mostly chamber music concerts. A post-doctorate at MIT was followed by an assistant professorship at the University of Chicago, prior to his arrival Alma Deutscher - Violin and Piano in 2009 to the faculty of the Mathematical Institute in Oxford, and as Tutorial Fellow in Mathematics at Oriel. Since then he has given chamber music Helen Deutscher - Violin concerts in Jesus College and St. Anthony's and previous Champagne Armand D’Angour - Cello Concerts in Oriel. Kobi Kremnitzer - Piano He plays regularly with the London Brahms Trio and with the cellist Armand D'Angour. She started playing the piano when she J.S. Bach – Gavotte en Rondeau from Partita no. 3 for solo violin was two years old and the violin when she was three. Her attempts at composition started aged four, when she began writing an opera about a Alma Deutscher – Sonata for violin and piano in D major pirate called Don Alonzo. When she was 6, she composed her first full piano sonata, and at 7 she composed a short opera called The Sweeper of Dreams. (composed 2013) There followed various compositions for violin, piano, and chamber I. Allegro moderato ensembles. Aged 9, Alma wrote a concerto for violin and orchestra, which Alma Deutscher – violin she premiered in 2015 in Spain, and subsequently played with orchestras Kobi Kremnitzer – piano such as the Israel Philharmonic and the Welsh National Opera Orchestra. On the 9th of December, Alma will play movements from her violin concerto with Alma Deutscher – Trio movement in D major for violin, cello and the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra in the Royal Festival Hall, in a gala concert piano (composed 2014) with Baritone Bryn Terfel. Alma Deutscher – violin Aged 10, Alma finished her full length opera, Cinderella. A chamber version Armand D’Angour – cello of the opera was performed in Israel in 2015, and the full version will be Kobi Kremnitzer – piano premiered in Vienna on the 29th of December, under the patronage of maestro Zubin Mehta (more details: www.cinderella–in–vienna.com) Alma Deutscher - Rondino in E-flat major for 2 violins and piano (composed 2012) As a soloist on both the violin and piano, Alma has performed in England, Alma and Helen Deutscher – violins Germany, Austria, Italy, Switzerland, Spain, Uruguay, USA, Israel, and Japan. Kobi Kremnitzer – piano She has also performed at many prestigious events, including Google's Zeitgeist, alongside speakers such as Stephen Hawking and David Beckham.
