Harris Juanita Hinshaw This year, we recognized Emily Rauh Pulitzer with our Pioneer Spirit Award. And she certainly Janet M. Holloway epitomizes the pioneer spirit. She continues to blaze trails in the arts and strengthen civic life Ashley Kemper with her vision, determination and philanthropy. The Pulitzer Foundation for the Arts and her Edward Koplar Ken Kranzberg support of the arts in our region and beyond brought her national recognition with a National Brendan Lind Medal of Arts awarded by President Obama in 2012. She also fosters work around the world that Mark C. Lindgren encourages and supports nonprofit journalism. We greatly appreciate her support of the Nine Dennis Lower Eugene J. Mackey III Network and her contributions to the Public Media Commons. Jeffrey McDonnell Kim Olson The Pioneer Spirit Awards event was also a time to celebrate our 62nd anniversary and the Jack Schreiber continued success of the final phase of our Igniting the Spirit of Possibility campaign. Prior to the event, he broadcast the NewsHour from the Nine Network and Jack Galmiche was the guest on a taping of the following week’s Stay Tuned. Senior Vice President, COO and CFO The evening culminated in an inspiring presentation by Marlon Wharton, who founded and Richard E. Skalski serves as teacher, trainer and mentor of the amazing step team Gentlemen of Vision.
