COURTHOUSE CONSTRUCTION ADVISORY Snohomish County Facilities Management Courthouse Project WHAT’S HAPPENING The County’s construction contractor begins work on August 1 for the Snohomish County Courthouse Renovation and Addition. The Courthouse North Entrance and North Plaza will close until early 2020, when the new Addition opens. Street parking nearby will be closed for the duration of the project, both Addition and Renovation. We appreciate your patience as we remodel. WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOU • Potential delays entering the Courthouse via its temporary entrance (see arrow below). • Closure of parking spaces on the south side of Wall Street west of Rockefeller. • Closure of parking spaces on the east side of Wetmore Avenue north of the bus stop. • Noise and vibration from excavation and demolition. • Noise from construction vehicles: beeps, revving.
