Elementary class rosters will be available at the schools on Monday, August 12. Any student entering Western Dubuque Schools for the first time MUST provide proof of birthdate (copy of birth Balltown certificate, adoption records or certified statement of physician) and immunization verification unless this in- formation is already in their official school records. Bernard Preschool & Shared Visions Students: Cascade Parents of Preschool and Shared Visions students need to sign up for a home visit/orientation meeting time slot. These will be held on August 26 from 11:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and on August 27 from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Please Centralia call your student’s school after August 1 to schedule a day and time that works best for you.
