Issues and Concerns The three most important issues concerning our members appear to be communication, communication, and communi- cation. • 47% of our members graded our club’s communica- tion as a C or worse. • 24% had not been receiving club emails, while 97% like to receive club emails. • 41% attend no meetings. • 19% do not know what our club’s web URL is. • 14% do not know what our Flatout Newsletter is.
