He has surrounded himself by his sons n and daughters and his dear friends . It is really a paradise o earth this beautiful estate . ROM here we ca n admire the view down the beauti ful Buzzards Ba f m ca n o r y ; ro the bridge , on our route , we see the fine D r estate with its beautiful buildi n gs and its fine v iew of the water . Look at his well t wo m n i s for kept grounds, and see the new a sion houses he building his sons . On Buzzards Bay . o - o m Look again and see the w rld wide kn wn Gray Gables , na ed . fo by the distinguished and beautiful Mrs . Cleveland With its rty of f n acres fine land , with its beauti ul ativeness, and with its well r — for a ranged drives and walks , and its distinguished look should it n ot look distinguished in having the h onor of the President of the — United States as its o wner P with the President comi n g here for five cc an d m k o o n ot w for su essive years a ing l ng st ps , does it speak ell dear old Buzzards Bay ! Bournedale is a f c mo the m co r beauti ul little pla e nestled in a ng hills , and a tri unt y village . m to th e o m i Fro here we drive next village , and we cann t but ad re h om n ocen S agam ore . It is a place where the es are all ow ed by their w o s w m o c pants , lawns ell kept , h u es ell painted , and a st attra tive Res ence of H n . I a o saa c . e t S a more. id N K i h , g c r a i t . s o oun y vill ge It a part of the town of Bourne . Riding thr ugh u m t w x Bo rne we find its drives are re arkably fine , the o n e pending a s m large u o f m oney each year on its highways . We desire to be gracious ou r m m fr m best of o to on for to su er iends , and g ive the the r ads ride , we x er c of o a n d realize they pay over si ty p ent the taxes in our t wns , the ’ only benefit they g e t is a few m onths pleasure in the sum mer . S m o o o two one- f We leave aga re , and have then nly ab ut and hal miles to m ake before we arrive in the town o f Sandwich ; that name m f o o to u s for o o o f o . s unds dear , it was the rig inal na e the t wn B urne I O \Ve feel delighted when ou r former town prospers in an y of its achieve ments . There is n ot on the whole Cape Cod a handsomer place than this f old town . We find here some o f t h e best arms there are any where in New Engla n d .
