Concerts will begin at 3 p.m., in the Main Auditorium, located at 1 Belden Avenue, Norwalk. These are free library events, with no registration required. Auditorium doors will open at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, February 24 - Arthur Lipner & Brasilian Vibes Arthur Lipner is internationally acclaimed for his marimba and vibraphone playing. He has performed in ​ Africa, Australia, Canada, Europe, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, The Caribbean, and the United States and Canada. “Lipner belongs to that rare category of master player that includes Oscar Peterson and Art Tatum…” Chronicle Herald (Nova Scotia) ​ ​ Sunday, March 3 - Chris Coogan - Mardi Gras Party! Pianist/singer Chris Coogan is well-known for his inventive jazz and gospel compositions and performances. ​ ​ Chris’ deep dives into the music of New Orleans fuel this concert. Expect a few surprises from this local powerhouse performer. Sunday, March 10 - Dennis Collins - Smooth Soul Dennis Collins’ smooth, soulful voice, “goes straight to the heart of all who hear him." Maybe that’s why some ​ ​ ​ of the most influential artists of our time - James Brown, James Taylor, Smokey Robinson, Sting, Beyoncé, Bob Dylan, Roberta Flack, Alicia Keys, Whitney Houston, Billy Joel, and many more, have asked him to perform and record with them.
