Sending a Text Message upon Payment To immediately notify you of payment, Xpress-pay can send emails, text messages, or both. To send text messages, Xpress-pay uses the Email-to-SMS function available through the carriers. An SMS notification from Xpress-pay is actually sent as an email, but by using the recipient’s mobile number plus the carrier’s SMS suffix, the message arrives as a text message. Example: If Verizon is your carrier and your number were (407) 234-5678, you could send an SMS message to your device by writing a short email with no subject to [email protected]. Notes: .
