Press Release Deputy Prime Minister, Coordinating Minister for Economic Policies, and Minister for Finance Heng Swee Keat to deliver Ministerial Statement on 17 August 2020 1. Deputy Prime Minister, Coordinating Minister for Economic Policies and Minister for Finance, Mr Heng Swee Keat, will deliver a Ministerial Statement on the Government’s further plans to continue supporting workers, businesses and protect livelihoods, in our ongoing efforts to build resilience and to emerge stronger from the COVID-19 pandemic. 2. The Statement will be delivered via a Ministerial broadcast on Monday, 17 August 2020, at 3.30pm, which will be carried on CNA, CNA938, and Mediacorp MeWatch. 3.
