ORDER Sri SHAKUNTHALA SUREPALLI filed a complaint dated 28-05-2019 which was received by this Commission on 28-05-2019 for not getting the information sought by him from the Public Information Officer/ O/o the Station House Officer,P.S. Pet Basheerabad, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District.. The brief facts of this case as per the Complaint and other records received along with it are that the complainant herein filed an application dated 25-04-2019 before the Public Information Officer requesting to furnish the information under Sec.6(1) of the RTI Act, 2005 on the following points mentioned:TSIC The Public Information Officer furnished reply/information vide Lr. dt.27- 08-2019 to the complainant. Stated that the complainant not satisfied with reply / information from the Public Information Officer, he preferred this complaint before the Commission U/s. 18(1) of the RTI Act, 2005 requesting to arrange to furnish the information sought. In view of the spread of Covid-19 Pandemic, the case is heard over phone on 11.12.2020 with prior intimation to the concerned parties. Ms.SHAKUNTHALA the complainant and Sri Mahesh S.I. Public Information Officer/ O/o the Station House Officer, Pet Basheerbad Police Station responded to the phone call. The complainant submitted that no information was furnished by the Public Information Officer. The Public Information Officer submitted that vide Lr. No.168/P1/Cyb/2019 dt.27-08-2019 information was furnished to the complainant. Since the complainant submitted that she has not received any information so far, the Commission, directs the Public Information Officer to furnish the information once again to the complainant within (2) days from the date of receipt of this order through Registered Post with Acknowledgement Due under intimation to the Commission.
