The Living City® Policies for Planning and Development in the Watersheds of the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority November 28, 2014 RESOLUTION #A186/14 THE LIVING CITY POLICIES FOR PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT IN THE WATERSHEDS OF THE TORONTO AND REGION CONSERVATION AUTHORITY Recommending Authority approval of The Living City Polices for Planning and Development in the Watersheds of the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority. The Valley and Stream Corridor Management Program (VSCMP) served as TRCA’s main policy documentt for planning and regulation from October 1994 to October 2014.
