(Exception for absent uniformed services elector, a nonresident 1-8-104.5; Thu. overseas elector, or a resident overseas elector, as defined in section 1-2-208, or applicants who have 1-8-103.5(1.5) requested to be on the Permanent Mail-In Voter list.) 7-Jan. SEPTEMBER Last day for designated election official from each political subdivision that intends to conduct an election 4-Sep. to certify the ballot content. The certification shall be delivered to the County Clerk of each county that 1-5-203(3)(a) Fri. has territory within the political subdivision if the election is coordinated with the County Clerk. (No later than 60 days prior to the election.) 4-Sep. The controlling county shall assign and set up shared races, issues, and questions for a coordinated SOS Rule 6.2 Fri. election no later than the date of ballot certification. 4-Sep. Last day for the Secretary of State to send notice and certification of the Coordinated election ballot to the 1-5-203(1) Fri. County Clerks. (No later than the 57th day before the Coordinated election.) 1-1-106 (5) Deadline for election official to make available to qualified electors special write-in blank mail-in ballot 4-Sep. 1-8-116(2) along with a list of all measures that are to be submitted to the voters. (At least 57 days before the Fri. 1-1-106 (5) election.) 4-Sep. County shall file security contingency plans with the Secretary of State.
