DEPARTMENT OF POST: INDIA O/o THE CHIEF POSTMASTER GENERAL, UTTARAKHAND CIRCLE DEHRADUN -248001 NIT No._IPPB/2018-19/Branding/AllWaves________ dated 09.07.2018 Notice Inviting Tender Sealed Tenders are invited on behalf of the President of India for India Post Payments Bank Branding work of 2661 Post Offices situated all over Uttarakhand Circle. The method of submission of tender, amount of Earnest Money/Security Deposit and General Terms and Conditions applicable to bidders are mentioned in Annexure-I. The supply/work is to be performed strictly as per parameters/technical specifications given in Annexure-V. The proforma for submission of tender has been given in Annexure-II (for Technical Bid) and Annexure III (for Commercial Bid) to this Notice Inviting Tender. The schedule of tender is given as under. 2. Schedule of Tender Tender No. : IPPB/2018-19/Branding/AllWaves dated 09.07.2018 Value of Tender (Estimated) : Rs. 40,00,000/-(Rupees Thirty Five Lakh Only) with 10% variation Last date & time of receipt of tender : 31.07.2018 at 1500 hrs. Date & time of opening of tender : 31.07.2018 at 1600 hrs. Amount of Earnest Money Deposit : Rs. 2,00,000/-(Rs. Two Lakh only) Price of Tender form : Rs.1,000/-. Venue : O/o The CPMG, Uttarakhand Circle, Dehradun – 248001. The tender Form along with terms and conditions can be obtained from the under signed on any working day (Monday to Friday) from 10.00 AM to 17:00 hrs. from 09.07.2018 to 27.07.2018 @ Rs 1,000/- (Rs. One Thousand only). The cost of tender form Rs. 1,000/- should be credited under UCR in any Post office and the original receipt thereof should be affixed in the tender documents. This amount is not refundable. Tender form uploaded under No. IPPB/208- 19/Branding/AllWaves, dated 09.07.2018 at O/o CPMG, Uttarakhand Circle, Dehradun can be downloaded from www.eprocure.gov.in . The tender should be submitted in two parts namely Technical bid (in form given in Annexure II) and Commercial bid (in form given in Annexure III) and each should be kept in a separate sealed cover. Both the bids should be kept in another sealed cover addressed to DDM (PLI), Uttarakhand Circle, Dehradun -248001. The outer envelope containing sealed cover should bear the address, Tender Number and date, subject of tender, date and time of opening of the same. The inner envelopes should be superscripted with Tender Number, Subject of Tender, whether the envelope is containing “Technical Bid” or “Commercial Bid” and date of opening of tender and addressed to the same. The tenders completed in all respects, must be received in this office before the date and time indicated in the Schedule of Tender mentioned above. The tenders received after the scheduled date and time will be rejected outright. The tender cover should be superscribed on the cover as “Tender for India Post Payments Bank Branding work of 2661 Post Offices”. The tender may be handed over to the undersigned or by Registered Post/ Speed Post so as reach to this office by the due date & time or can be dropped in the tender box kept in the chamber of DDM (PLI), O/o Chief Postmaster General, Uttarakhand Circle, Dehradun -248001 on the last date of receipt of tender before scheduled time. Only one tender should be kept in a cover. Department of Posts will not be responsible for any delay in receipt of tender for any reason whatsoever. Parties : The parties to the Contract are the contractor (the Tenderer to whom the work have been awarded) and the Government of India through Department of Posts for & on behalf of President of India. 3 3. Addresses: For all purposes of the contract including arbitration there under, the address of the contractor mentioned in the tender shall be the final unless the contractor notifies a change of address by a separate letter sent by Registered post with acknowledgement due, to the Department of Posts. The contractor shall be solely responsible for the consequences of any omission or error to notify change of address in the aforesaid manner. 4. Earnest Money (Bid Security): 4.1 Earnest Money of Rs. 2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakh only/-) must be deposited under Unclassified Receipts (UCR) by the bidders in Dehradun GPO and Original Receipt provided by the Post Office in token of having received the amount should be submitted along with their tenders. Firms registered under NSIC/DGS&D/MSME act 2006 with current validity are exempted from furnishing the Earnest Money Deposit; such firms should submit a copy of the Entrepreneur memorandum/Registration Certificate with current validity for claiming exemption of EMD. Otherwise such bids without EMD are liable to be rejected. 4.2 No request for transfer of any previous deposit of Earnest money or Security deposit or payment of any pending bill held by the Department in respect of any previous work will be entertained.
