Sir, I am directed to refer to the above cited subject and letters as per which the State Government was intimated about the file closed/being closed for want of receipt of compliance report/complete information for consideration of the proposal. 2. In continuation to the above, kindly find attached list of 173 cases (Annexure-I) which have already been closed by this office for the period from 1st January, 1989 to 31st December, 2007 for want of complete information. All these files have now been destroyed and no correspondence in this regard "Will be entertained. It should be the responsibility of the State Government to ensure that no forest land may be illegally used for non-forestry purpose in respect of all these proposals already closed.
