Self-evaluation Report for the Øresund Region to the OECD/IMHE-project: “Supporting the Contribution of Higher Education Institutions to Regional Development.” Final version presented to the OECD evaluation team November 2005 FOREWORD This report is the self-evaluation report of the Øresund Region to the OECD-project ”Supporting the Contribution of Higher Education Institutions to Regional Development”. This self-evaluation report has been compiled from February to October 2005. The report has been written by staff at the Øresund University, the collaboration organisation for the HEIs in the region. Data has been gathered via desk research, a number of interviews with representatives from regional organisations, and a questionnaire sent to the 14 member institutions. Steering Group A Steering Group has had the overall responsibility for the compilation of the report.
