Gran Electrica’s menu here includes favorites from the original Brooklyn location and dishes exclusive to Napa that incorporate locally sourced meat and ingredients but rooted in traditional Mexican cooking and techniques. The team will also be making tortillas from scratch by producing their own masa from heirloom corn kernels. Crema, queso fresco and spicy chorizo are also all made on-site.
