Listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited in 2005, MLT invests in a diversified portfolio of quality, well-located income-producing logistics real estate in Singapore, Hong Kong SAR, China, Japan, South Korea, Australia, Malaysia, Vietnam and India.
