This two-day conference and training featured educational sessions on topics ranging from revolving funds to historic case studies as well as site visits to local preservation projects. Executive Director Erick Montgomery presented two sessions focusing on operating a house museum and Historic Augusta’s real estate program and revolving fund. Preservation Services Director Robyn Anderson offered an overview of the "Preservation for Profit" workshop which has successfully reached out to numerous property owners to encourage the use of certified rehabilitation tax credits Walk with the Spirits, now in its seventh year, has been a popular event since its inception.
