One hour load in and load out. Elevator access is available to all levels of the building. Security $25 per hour per officer. One officer is required for all events occurring after 6pm. Two officers are required for events using multiple levels and/or entry points and for groups exceeding 100 guests. On-site Event Staff Fees to be quoted per event Facilities Fee $50-$100 (non-refundable) Prohibited Items Helium balloons Glitter Tape (with the exception of painters tape) Nails Candles or open flames Propane Cancellation Policy All reservations will be confirmed upon a receipt of a non-refundable deposit equal to half the estimated cost of the event. The PDA will refund any additional payments less any direct costs incurred on behalf of the Licensee and Event if notice of cancellation is received two (2) weeks prior to the Event.
